Why is the size of the new belt different from the old belt?

(1) The old belt has stretched out over time, the new one is elastic enough it will stretch to that same length.

(2) There will be a little challenge at the beginning of the installation, but this is normal, please rest assured.

What should I pay attention to when replacing the belt？

(1) Spin the roller to see if it spins freely, a bad roller will break a good belt.

(2) Check the end caps for wear or melting.
